Billing questions, answered
Tokens on Starter and Creator packs remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Studio packs do not expire while the account is active.
Yes. Contact our team and the remaining balance of your current pack will be credited toward the larger pack.
Bank transfer and PromptPay for Thailand-based customers. Invoices are issued for studio and corporate accounts.
Generated assets can be used for commercial projects. Our team provides usage guidance for client work and campaign delivery.
Failed generations are not charged. Tokens are returned to your balance automatically.
